DIY Minnie Pocket Monogrammed Shirt

by

Disney monograms are kinda my jam. I’m a big Disney fan. That’s probably an understatement, I basically live and breath Minnie Mouse and go to my favorite mouse house, Walt Disney World, as often as I can (like once a month or more). I buy plenty of Disney merch, but I love to customize and create my own. This monogrammed (more…)

Walt Disney World Bachelorette Weekend

How to have an amazing Disney World Bachelorette Party How to have an amazing Disney World Bachelorette Party

Anyone that knows me can tell you that I love all things, Disney. As a very girly little girl, I loved princesses. Dressing up as Cinderella for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom is possibly my favorite childhood memory. When my husband and I got engaged there was only one place I could imagine having my bachelorette party, Walt Disney World. Disney World makes a wonderful destination for a bachelorette weekend. There is an abundance of things to do, more restaurants than you can count and if you haven’t been since you’ve been a child, you might be surprised to know there is plenty of nightlife.

How to have an amazing Disney World Bachelorette Party After hours of planning, research and Disney knowledge from many previous trips, my bridesmaids threw me a bachelorette weekend made of magic. Here are my tips and tricks to have a magical bachelorette weekend that you and your friends will remember for a lifetime! Whether you want to bar crawl around the world, a family-friendly day at the parks, or (like me) a combination of the two, Disney can be a perfect bachelorette party.

1. Go During “Off Season”

The timing of when you go can make or break your trip. If you have 6 or more ladies, trying to get fast passes, dinner reservations, and even accommodations (more…)

Kilimanjaro Safaris

by
On Kilimanjaro Safaris you get an up-close view of live African animals in their natural habitats during an 18-minute expedition into the 110-acre Harambe Wildlife Reserve.

The Daytime Attraction

Located in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom theme park, Kilimanjaro Safaris takes you on an open-air guided tour into the African outback. Over 34 different species of exotic African wildlife “roam” free. I have been on Kilimanjaro Safaris countless times and every trip is a different experience. You will see different animals and hear different information and the animal fact each time you ride. A lot of people suggest riding this ride first thing in the morning and while it is true the animals are a little more active in the morning, you can see animals at all times of the day.

On The Road To runDisney – AGAIN

by

You may have realized I haven’t posted about runDisney in awhile. That isn’t because I don’t like the races or wanted to stop running. It was the exact opposite. I was signed up to run in the Wine & Dine 10K last year. Then I found out I was pregnant and my due date was the EXACT SAME DAY I was signed up to run in Wine & Dine. So needless to say, (more…)
